   Omg, so true. I couldn’t resist referencing tech support and the stupid stereotypes in my video. You have to wonder.. what would people do without IT support? I shudder to think on it.

   Oh the pain.. I use to get calls like this all the time .. you have to start thinking like stupid people to figure it out .. and it makes your brain hurt…
